The computer software is set up to use the third paper tray, but the firmware in the printer is not. My previous HP printer, after many years, gave ccolor the ghost. The problem with my previous all in one is that the fax could only handle 10 pages at a time. I had issues with the software set up largely due to remnants from previous versions on my machine. I can print on any device in my house no problem. Product sold by third party: Its oclor compared favorably with our needs.
