I have had several printers in the last 10 years, purchased new and used but the HP PSC has out performed a,l-in-one of the others. How does HP install software and gather data? Integrating the top buttongs on the all-in-one to kick of specific computing tasks is a real boon when processing a number of documents to be scanned.
Furthermore, installing the wrong HP drivers can make these problems even worse.
